This carrier is very unprofessional. I had a temperature sensitive package being delivered to my house. The driver claimed that he couldn’t find my address in his GPS. We’ve been in the same house for 15 years. I haven’t had any trouble in the past. I think the driver just decided he wanted to get off early for the day. Their drivers seem to be all part-time like Uber, delivering packages in 10-year-old Nissan Sentra’s. Skip this place and use a real carrier like FedEx or UPS. If I could’ve given a zero I would but one is the lowest they’ll let me give.

I had a prescription shipped from a pharmacy and they chose to ship through PigeonShip. It was a temperature sensitive RX. The confirmation photo I received was not of my house, I had no idea where the house my med were dropped was. The owner of that home came home and noticed that a package with my name and address was left on her porch. She brought the package to me. She clearly didn't have the issue finding the correct house. When I opened my medicine, it was warm, the ice pack was spent. I now need to try to contact the pharmacy for a new script and hoping I'm not responsible for the $200 copay again due to the shippers mistake.

PigeonShip does an excellent job shipping prescriptions from the pharmacy we use to our front door. Been using them for over a year with no issues whatsoever. They are fast and dependable.
