Got my ear pierced here today, and the overall service was good. Sally took great care of me during the piercing despite the language barrier. The whole process was clean and sterile, so it felt safe. Definitely recommended.

I would very much suggest avoiding this store and this company. Not only did I spend a lot of money on items that I had a skin allergic reaction Two, but their employee frauds customers. I was told I was given an item for free for opening up an account with them and when I looked at my receipt was charged for the item. After asking the employee myself (late 20s-early 30s woman) with light brown hair she told me I misunderstood. I should return the item I never wanted or asked for a refund. Upon contacting head office and telling them the story, they did not care in the least that their employee is dishonest and steals from customers right in their face. I was also told, I misunderstood and that it was some “mistake”. Considering this employee handles credit cards, personal information and your cash, I would avoid altogether seeing as though shes a known thief and the company she works for condones that kind of behaviour. She was again working at the store the last time I went by there yesterday even after them knowing this full story. Check your receipts!!

I went to their sample sale in Montreal in July, and after wearing the jewelry pieces 1 day it turned my neck green and gave me a rash. I reached out to customer service and was told that since it’s the sample sale their warranty doesn’t apply. At the sale I spent $171 before taxes, which with tax was about $200, which for most people is a lot of money. The best they could offer was a 40$ credit. Not sure what I’m going to do with a gift card to a store that the newly caused a reaction that bad. If they stood by their product they should honour their warranty. Would not shop at this brand. I’m very disappointed as their jewelry is really pretty.
