Best gym I've ever been to, been going here for several years. This gym is well maintained and constantly clean in my experience. Equipment is constantly being either added to or replaced with new machines. The work of the staff and the culture in the gym somehow actually keeps the weights racked, benches wiped down and everything generally well organized. Letty is incredibly kind and always checks in with me & the SO. There's constantly free classes to attend between kickboxing, yoga, dance as well. Writing this review because I keep being surprised with how much this gym is improving throughout my time here. Thanks Letty & all.

Women owned 🙌 I’ve been here for a while and Letty has done such a great job upgrading the gym. I love how clean this gym is as the commercial gyms are always disgusting. Not only is it about the equipment, but the community there is great. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I’m really looking forward to the steam room to be fixed. If you’re wondering if you should pull the plug and get a membership I say DO IT. Letty has been incredible and truly appreciate everything she’s done. She knows everyone and is just such a kind person.

Very disappointed. Tried to freeze my membership the several days before the renewal and I was met with a "minimum days requirement" to freeze it. Also tried to cancel and not only was I slapped with the new month which I have not used the gym but a 60$ "maintenance fee" I now owe 100$ and cannot cancel the gym membership. I will now be making a formal complaint to the Business Bureau and the Illinois General assembly website under "Physical Fitness Services Act."
