Not a fan of any of the doctors in this location. I had 2 different ones that kept blaming all of my abdominal issues or anxiety, depression and being obese. After a year of tests I was finally diagnosed with diverticulosis which explain all the pain I was having. I was trying to get answers from my doctor via patient portal and was told I’m abusing the messaging system. Even getting an appointment with your current doctor can take months. This place is a joke!

They booked 2 appointments without my consent n I obviously never showed cuz I didn't know they existed. My doctor dropped me for no reason. They also had called n had me on a waiting list for sleep apnea test and others for seizures. I got a call months later after speaking to my doctor again who said he would reach out to a friend to try to get me in earlier. They called scheduled an appointment 2 weeks away then called right back 20 min later n canceled saying it was meant for someone else. The health care system is an absolute joke

I have had a wonderful experience both times. I am absolutely delighted with my new doctor Dr. Morgan. She takes the time to hear my concerns and has always made me feel like my thoughts matter. The staff there is also caring. There is a lab right on site and even with my fear of needles my phlebotomist did a great job. I will definitely recommend Pinnacle Health Family Care.
