The professionalism, courtesy and an humorous ability to relate to children made the entire experience very comfortable, especially for my 3 year old granddaughter. The play room was inviting and exciting as my 3 year old and her 10 year old sister sat down in play mode. Last, but not least my 14 year old grandchild was an participant for dental service as well. I too, was curious of the computer game of matching Hollywood stars past and present to sitcom series of past and present. I observed how the team worked together; including, communication of various procedures. Team work is definitely the dream work! I definitely would recommend this dental facility for your children’s needs. This facility exclusively caters only to our youth and I was pleasantly pleased with my granddaughter’s smiling faces as they recieved their dental gift bags before our departure. My kids have been coming here for about 10 years now. Overall, today’s visit was good. Most of the staff was pleasant to my kids & I. Some of the hygienist in the back could be more welcoming to parents who may want to be with their child or in my case, was asked to come back. I get it, they prefer parents to wait in the waiting room, which is fine, however comments like “I don’t know why people can’t just wait outside” or “Is there a problem?” is just unnecessary. I did go back out to the waiting room after I voiced my dental concern to the woman setting my daughter up for her cleaning & my kids said everyone was very nice while they were having their cleanings done. Happy for another visit with no cavities!

This is the worst Dentist office. My child been attending here for at-least 14 years; when it was Kool Smiles, it was better. Now they stay over booked and do not have enough employees or surgeons to work all the people they make appointments for in one day. It’s ridiculous. You have to keep rescheduling. My child and I arrived for a 10am to see the surgeon and it’s now hours later and we still waiting!! They have one surgeon a month that clients are piled upon and it become a big inconvenience on parents, especially if you have to work or handle other things. If an appointment is scheduled at a certain time, that should be the time it starts. A slight grace period is understandable for a company, but if a client is late for an appointment they have to reschedule. So what happens when the company is late and an inconvenience? Something needs to be done about these inconveniences. Who wants to keep rescheduling appointments and missing work or even school, because they not even open on weekends DO BETTER
