The mozza burger tasted freezer burnt. There is fly feces all over the screens, the floors haven’t had a scrubbing in a very long time. The glass freezer doors haven’t been cleaned in a very long time either. The milkshake machine hasn’t been pulled out and cleaned underneath and the floor is stained with spillage. The bottom of the walk-in is black because it hasn’t been scrubbed. I am a chef and I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness and the franchise owner should be appalled as well. The bathroom floors had soap poured all over them and were extremely slippery and the hadn’t been cleaned properly during the shift. The beef clearly hasn’t been rotated because of the flavour of the meat. That tells me that “fifo” isn’t being followed. This is just what I could see from the counter. I’d hate to see the state of the kitchen and walk-ins.

I came here for breakfast for the first time. I was amazed that I could get a homestyle breakfast at a fast food location. The people were amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend. And as a bonus, real plates and metal cutlery.

There was only 1 guy working when I went threw the drive threw at 1:30-2:00am. That dude deserves a raise. He had like 6 cars ahead of me and he went threw that line considerably fast. I thought "oh, there must be only 1 or 2 cooks in tonight along with the one taking orders, but NOPE it was ALL HIM! The dude is a rockstar in my opinion and Corporate DEFINITELY needs to give this man a raise! Straight up.

Very bizarre experience last night. Went to the drive thru at about 1 am and when I reached the speaker was told "I will with you in 15-20 min" I said is this a joke? He repeated slowly and firmly "I....will...be...with...you...in 15-20 min" no greeting, no explanation, no apology, nothing. There was 2 cars ahead of me so I had to reverse a very large van back out of the drive-thru to go elsewhere.
