My partner and I just purchased our first home with the help of Pete, and we really couldn't have done it without him. We did not have much knowledge of what to look for and different factors to consider when buying a home, but Pete walked us through all of it. He pointed out things that would be expensive future updates (windows, parking membranes, rain screening etc) as well as things that would impact resale (size, feel, layout etc). He gave us such great information as it became relevant to our viewings and we never felt like we were overwhelmed with too many details, or didn't have enough info to make an informed decision.
