Two videos here. First shows the movers knowingly breaking the cabinet panel. Second shows the movers acting like the piece is still whole, carrying it pulled taut so I would not suspect that it was a completely broken panel. I tipped these guys, let them use my restroom, and shook their hand. The whole time they played me. When we called Planes, no recourse. It's a month delay on getting the replacement panels.
My grandparents moved out of their house that they lived in for 51 years. A friend of theirs recommended this company as they had a 'great experience'. Their house and antique furniture were in pristine condition prior to the move. Four people came to move them out one had only been there for 3 weeks and he seemed to know far more than those who had been there much longer. Not only did they take twice as long as they quoted (and were already paid for) but they damaged the house that had been the pride and joy of my grandparents, damaged irreplicable antique furniture with immense sentimental value, and caused great emotional distress to my grandparents. They also decided to load a deep freezer full of frozen food into the loading truck first which lead to most if not all of that food to go bad. Paint was chipped, walls were gouged, floors were scratched, corners of furniture was twisted off and this company is trying to get my grandparents to pay extra because they took twice as long as quoted. If you don't want your home and furniture butchered DO NOT use this company, please. The attached pictures are what I took the day after and only what I found of the damage in the house. If I can get pictures of the furniture I will post those here as well.
Used Planes Moving for a cross state move and couldn’t be happier. The movers did a comprehensive walkthrough and offered a competitive quote. They were prompt and courteous both in loading and unloading. We also had them hold our stuff for a week while we waited for the house to be ready which was super convenient. They took good care of our stuff, not a single item damaged or misplaced. The service was friendly, fast, and respectful of our house and property. Would definitely use again.
