Open 3 days a week, can’t reach them over the phone at all and if you do it’s nothing but attitude. I had to get an appointment 3 weeks ahead, probably going to have to have a surgical procedure because of that. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

One thing I really respect when it comes to a doctors office is patience and dedication. I saw both these aspects in the office. The lady at the front desk was helpful and really made sure that I could get care even though there was a insurance mess up in the beginning. Online it said my insurance was not accepted by Planned Parenthood but then she called them and ran through some papers to double check, and actually turns out that I was covered by my insurance. When I was taken back by the doctor, she explained everything that she was doing and made sure that I was okay many times, and I respect that highly. She was very kind and did a good job at explaining my procedure. I saw empathy, patience, and overall professionalism between the three workers I spoke to. I highly value these traits and I’m glad that the PP in York executed them.
