Pictures that are shown on their website are not what the rooms look like! Our room had a terrible smell! The bottom of the toilet was rusty. Patchwork in multiple places instead of fixing things correctly! Will not be staying there again!

Our stay was horrible! I give it 0 stars!!! Woke up in the middle of the night to find roaches crawling all over in the bathroom! Turn on the lights in the room and there was roaches crawling up the walls it was infested with roaches! They did put us in a different room but they refused to refund us our money! We booked for 2 nights but we did not stay our second night! Do not stay here unless you want to be sleeping with roaches! It was disgusting! I talked to multiple people the next morning and they all had bad things to say about this place! It stunk and it was dirty. One of the ladys I talked to said her room stunk really bad and her friends room had a horrible crack in the wall and you could see outside. This was the worse motel/hotel we've ever stayed at. Do not recommend at all!!

There was blood on one of the beds sheets and it looked like it was still red it's not old and been washed. The floors were greasy. And there was mold in the bathroom. The service I got was from the lady in the front desk and she seems to be quite nice. I would like to give her five-star rating. But I'm afraid to bring up the whole rating for the hotel.

This was probably one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. We were driving from Georgia to Texas and decided to stop in Denham Springs to rest for the night. The ratings for this motel were good and the prices were affordable, so we reserved a room on booking.com. The front office is clean and the young guy at the desk seemed pleasant, but I don’t remember him ever saying a word. He handed me the key to room 107 and pointed to where it was located. There were people sitting outside the room next to us on couches and at least 10 DUCKS blocking our door. Yes, ducks that literally quacked all night. Upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarettes. There was not a single lamp and the toilet seat was left up. The mattress was hard and felt like the bed would collapse any second. The worst part was the infestation of roaches. You don’t notice them until you flip on the light switch in the middle of the night. I can’t say we had a good night rest, but we did get what we paid for and will not return.
