Shocking! Has an accident on the 24th Dec and STILL no updates on my car! i have called and waited forever numerous times because there communication is shocking! Tesco are just as useless no updates and they didn’t even know where my car was as FMG hadn’t communicated with them either, despite calls and emails which are never returned my car is still sat at a garage even more damaged than when I had my accident as they’ve dragged it . FMG WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY CAR???? We’re going into 3 months - is that acceptable? Is no communication acceptable? Is my car being even more damaged acceptable??

Had an accident (not my fault) and my insurer said that FMG were going to repair my vehicle. Took over a week to collect my car, and turned up expecting to drive my broken car to the repair centre over 25 miles away. Then had to rearrange to have it taken by recovery. Had the car for over 4 weeks and its been brought back to me absolutely filthy, the rear end got repaired and it is so filthy that i cant even tell whether the paint work is good or not. It then got driven back to me again over 25 miles, as opposed to being brought back by recovery. Polite on the phone, but very unprofessional work i cant believe the state it has been returned to me in.

All the staff that I had dealings with were exceptional and very polite but I want to make special reference to the Assessor who was extremely helpful and pleasant.
