This included constructing drop ceilings for pot lights, and installing a fireplace, hearth and custom shelving. Platinum Contracting came through beautifully. Mike, Kia, Kate and Team were amazing to work with. Their dedication to detail was consistent through out the project and the6were completely transparent when things weren't up to their standards. I never felt like I had to bring any issue to their attention, as they would inform us of their solution before we were aware that there was a "problem." And they always took care of those problems at their own expense, including some very minor problems that we would have happily to live with. The were scrupulous and conscientious about communicating next steps. There were some delays that were completely unavoidable and out of their hands. But at no time did we feel the need to reach out for additional information. They were always "on it." Their subtrades maintained the same quality of work that Mike and Kia brought to the project. They were all easy to have around, incredibly respectful and accommodating, and important for us, friendly. At the end, the project, was exactly on budget. There were a coupleand we ended up with a kitchen, ensuite, powder room and den that are beautiful and that we are thrilled with.
