Great experience with Simon (owner) and John (the plumber on call). We found the water heater leaking on Saturday, called around in panic for some plumbers on call. Simon quoted me for an emergency call (i.e. right away) and for a regular call (on Monday). He explained that it was not a huge crisis and how to turn off the water if things got worse - that allowed us to wait until Monday and save some money. His quote was right on the nose - we called around several plumbers and had a good basis for comparison. FYI we also run into plenty of price gougers and businesses with dodgy practices - like some upfront fee to assess which is "forgiven" if we go through with the purchase etc. So, Simon's business is legit, which is always a relief nowadays. Also, he did not up-sell us on anything, like a bigger tank which we did not need. In fact, he advised to go with a 40Gal instead of the current 60Gal, which for a household of 3 people is an overkill. This will also save us money in electrical. The plumber showed up on Monday earlier than promised, and was done in under 2 hours. Fast and clean. I will be definitely using these guys for my plumbing. Elena/John

We needed a shower roughed in and hooked up in our old dilapidated cabin that we just bought. They were responsive, came on time, and did a great job! We will definitely use them for future work. Bonus that the plumbers spoke both English and French!

We recently had them come for a bathroom renovation. There was an issue with the tub so they were not able to finish the work. They called and were very insistent on payment and when they sent the invoice it was $791 for half the job. When my partner asked for an explanation for the charges the owner said that in 30 years no one has ever asked for an explanation for the charges. They charged a $100 service call on top of the other charges. He said that is to cover the sticker on the back of the truck, google, gas, tires. He was very rude to us. We decided not to finish the job with them. He complained that our renovator was wasting their time because of him asking questions. Do not do business with this company. They do not respond respectfully to the customers.
