Called them to fix a leak and replace a pressure tank. they replaced the wrong fitting and left the leak. then it took 3 more visits to actually adjust the pressure tank and they still haven’t fixed it properly, Then tried to charge me for all the extra visits to fix their mistake and actually billed me for something that was not installed. Would not use again.

This is an amazing company - great quality customer service when you call in and absolutely the best plumbing service around. Luc came by to replace two faucets in my bathroom, he was immensely punctual, and got the work done in great time. In fact, one of the piece that came with the faucets did not fit properly and he returned right away to replace it with one of his - greatly appreciated as it was no fault of theirs. It works splendidly now! Thank you! Impressive work! I would highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond to provide excellent, high quality service.

As a whole this company is a hole. Not sure how you got decent reviews? From day one Gino with his gold chain and his pet assistant walked in took charge of nothing got nothing done and left before we could ask what the next step was. Took them and Apres Sinistre to find the leaks from upstairs neighbor completly blew off the fact that we knew alot more about the leak then thought, instal a cuff instead of just changing then problem line which will show as a problem again in a few years. Took 6hrs to instal a tub on a new platform and we where not told this so my 2 young ones had to really wait. Visually sees maggots behind vapor barrier so get the labourer to put up drywall early over but we had a video! All together took 11 months to fix everything on a Insurance contract at that! Biggest Joke of all took 2 months of arguing to instal new toilette that was on work order and didn't even install properly! The bolts that hold the toilette down werent done right so when our toddler got off and still training the roulette almost tipped with him! Courts are so backed up that it will take over a year before I get the joy to serve him court dates!
