UPDATE: After posting this as a 3 star review, we received a phone call from the owner. He apologized for the high price and refunded us $200, as well as leaving his personal cell phone should we need to speak with him in the future. Since we have always been very pleased with their work and Tom addressed our concern promptly, I have upped this to 5 stars, where it would have been except for this issue. Next time, I will address the pricing up front. I have been dealing with Plumb Rite for several years and have always been pleased. However, they have now lost me as a customer! Their technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. But at a very steep cost. The water heater they installed only 3 &1/2 years ago needed a new valve, the cost covered by warranty. We were charged $577.91 for the labor, which went smoothly and did not take an unreasonable amount of time. Additionally, we inquired about having a faucet replaced on our bathroom sink and the quote was for $549.00 which the office told me was their flat rate. We are having it done by a licensed plumber for less than half that price. Very disappointed in what seems like a ripoff by a company we have recommended to many of our friends.

Needed kitchen faucet replaced. Googled several plumbing services and selected Plumb-Rite. I'm glad I did. Angelo was professional and down to earth with his work. He took the time to explain everything while he worked. The price to do the job was more than fair. I would have no hesitation hiring him again.

I needed a water heater replaced. I called 7:45 Monday morning, received a call back from Tom 5 minutes later , by Tuesday noon the water heater was replaced . I spoke to Kaitlyn who scheduled everything quickly. The installation was completed efficiently and with very little mess. The technicians were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Plumb Rite . I would absolutely use them again!

Plumb-Rite was excellent from start to finish. Initial consult with Angelo was great - he explained all the details (minor and major) and made everything easy. The team eventually came to the house and did a thorough and professional job. Highly recommended.
