What really stands out to me the most is that Anne personally checks in at every appointment and makes sure that my treatment is tailored to my recovery. This is very different from other clinics where, after the first visit, you are just given a standard routine. With Anne I always feel listened to and supported. The clinic itself is bright, calming, and welcoming. The staff are warm and genuinely caring, and my appointments always run on time which I really appreciate. Direct billing makes everything so easy, I just show up for my treatment and leave without any extra hassle.
