He's also given solid advice on how to re-build strength using exercises you can do at home and low weight! Vitu is truly an amazing practitioner! He has been fantastic every time I have visited. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I came to see Vitu when I was dealing with frozen shoulder and then a rotator cuff injury. I was in a lot of pain. He has a very unique approach and I like his massage technique and the fact that he uses other means like cupping, shockwave, and has shown me a variety of exercises and stretches to help me. Vitu has helped me tremendously dealing with my shoulder pain and overall mobility. I will need shoulder surgery but I know I’ll be going to Vitu afterwards to help me along in my recovery.
