Today was my first visit and experience of PMW Automotive Ltd. at Harlow. What can I say to express my total satisfaction with the quality of service/repair work on my MB Sprinter Motorhome. The reception team were first class with their customer support, empathy to my requests and vehicle knowledge, easy to talk to with meaningful communication with the customer. It is especially refreshing to be able to talk briefly with the technician who carried out the service work, compare that to MB main dealers! Highly recommended and well worth travelling a bit further to get peace of mind on any service or repair work for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Excellent all round, all original MB parts and with fair prices too, what's not to like?
