PNC Bank

I went in hoping to get something notarized, but was turned away since I'm not a customer. It's never been an issue at other banks, especially since my bank isn't close. They then asked if I wanted to open an account, which I was already considering since they're conveniently close. But now, seeing how they treat potential customers, I'm no longer interested.

One of the virtual banks that are popping up all over America. With American banks primitive trying a digital solution is a fool’s errand. But the good thing is that this bank to too big to fail. In the last crisis this bank came out intact unlike its weaker brethren. The hours of functioning are appropriate for employees of the bank and not customers.

Very unprofessional and not willing to help. I was not able to get any assistance regarding my issue when I visited in person although I scheduled an appointment I was not sat with and my issue was just disregarded at the desk. They gave me unnecessarily complicated instructions and the employee was speaking in a very angry tone although I was just trying to understand what was required of me. I later was able to solve it within minutes when I contacted the bank online.
