Hidden gem! Needed to fix some broken gold chains. My friend told me this place. Went there. They fixed my 3 chains in about 30 minutes. We got to see him doing it while waiting. Reasonable charges. Excellent customer service. Leaving the store happily and satisfied. Highly recommended!

I was referred here by a friend who got their engagement ring here as well. Needless to say, they did not disappoint! Florence and her team are absolute gems in the world of customer service and jewelry craftsmanship. From the moment we stepped in, Florence and her staff were incredibly attentive and it felt like they were there to help us find what we need, instead of just make a sale. The design we ended up settling on was not in stock anywhere, but thankfully their skilled goldsmith turned our vision into a stunning reality. It honestly came out better than we imagined. What truly sets them apart is their genuine care and commitment to their customers. They made it felt like the journey in the purchase was also something to be cherished. They helped us take pictures of the progress, which made it even more meaningful. The entire process felt very collaborative. Florence and her team were extremely patient as we went back and forth on details and materials (white gold or platinum), ensuring every detail was just as we imagined, and everything was within budget.

Disappointed and Blamed I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at this jewelry store. I had my fiancée’s platinum ring resized just two months ago, and already the "metal seal" they put on the cut has worn off, leaving a visible line. When I brought it back, they told me this "can happen" and it's not their fault. To make matters worse, they implied she might be wearing the ring incorrectly! A platinum ring should be seamlessly fused when resized, not have some temporary "seal" that wears off in a couple of months. It's clear their workmanship was subpar, and instead of owning up to it, they tried to blame us. This is unacceptable for a “professional” jewelry store. I would not recommend this store for any precious jewelry work.

Florence and her team are absolutely amazing at everything they do! When we were looking for engagement rings, the process was very smooth, Florence understood our vision and offered us a variety of rings that fit our budget. We ended up coming back for wedding bands as well as other wedding jewelry, and each step of the way Florence were so patient and helpful! We loved being able to customize each piece, and having the goldsmith crafting the jewelry in-house was a special experience to watch. Would definitely recommend!
