The manager Isaiah is awesome! Super nice and well mannered. I had to do an exchange as well make a purchase and he was very understanding and patient. Elizabeth is always awesome and my new friend Maria as well ! Go see my girls! I live over 40 minutes away and closer to another location but will only come to Jackson where I am always treated amazing. This location has a customer for life.

The clothes are fine. The prices are more than what I can get the same items for from their website. How is that?

My advice to all the people who complain about the high prices at this store: GET ON THEIR EMAIL LIST. When you receive an email announcing a 25 or 30 percent off sale, that's the time to shop here. And make sure you bring the email so they can scan it at checkout for the discount. I do not live anywhere near this store so I only make the trip when there is a big sale. The store always seems to be well stocked with some pretty cool stuff. As a result, I never have a problem finding what I want in my size. However, if an item is not available, they will order it from another store and have it sent to your home.
