We love this spa! I just had the best facial of my life with Kaitlin and I have had many through the years. She is incredible! I have also seen Michelle for a massage several times and she is wonderful as well! Jill is also great- so warm, kind, helpful and professional! All of the ladies here are the sweetest! The facilities are lovely and we especially enjoy the sauna and heated pool. This spa is absolutely worth a visit- it’s tucked away in a beautiful location with an incredibly gifted staff.

My husband and I had an amazing experience! Was greeted by Jill who was super sweet and very informative. Our couples message was by Michelle and Mandy which was our best message we have EVER had! We got to also enjoy the jacquizi a bottle of posecco and chocolates. The dark room was so nice and relaxing, they had orange water, tea and coffee. It's is definitely a hidden Gem!!! Thank you so much for making our Anniversary relaxing! 🥰

We’ve been here before “the new owners” and the spa was top notch! Most recently not so much! We tried to schedule a couples massage since December 2022. We were just able to schedule last weekend! Yayy!! We are so looking forward to the “spa day”! The ladies that gave our massages were totally fine! The problem is the actual facility! There is no nuts, dried fruit, cucumber water in the lounge only water or hot tea. After the massage we were asked if we wanted to use the sauna because they hadn’t been turned on…. Thinking everything should be up and running for a premium spa but the truth of the matter there wasn’t even any HOT WATER!!! No shower even had we been able to shower the showers in the ladies bathroom were not even in proper working condition! The entire visit was a disappoint!! We were told we’re would be getting a 20% discount and mimosas since it had taken so long to get the appointment. That didn’t happen either and when we asked we were told it wasn’t in the notes!! This spa isn’t worth the money they charged!! For 380$ before tip you expect premium service!!

I visited Poplar Springs Spa over the weekend for an Express Facial and Massage. I am extremely annoyed that the gift certificate that my husband gave me in 2018 for $50 was not honored. While I understand that Poplar Springs has new owners, they should have absorbed the cost. $50 is not the end of the world but as a repeat customer it tarnished my opinion and gave me a great deal of irritation on what should have been a relaxing day. The ladies at the desk did try to help the best they could and gave me $10 off. It is not their fault but not honoring gift cards is a shoddy business practice. As far as my facial, Kelsey did a great job and my skin feels wonderful. The saving grace was my massage therapist, Peter. He gave me an outstanding massage - probably the best I've ever had. He did a great job and I commend him on the quality of the service and his professionalism. Would have been a 5 star experience if not for the gift card situation.
