The staff at this clinic are amazing! Every person we encountered there were so pleasant and caring. Our Max took sick with pancreatitis and had to spend 3 nights there. They took amazing care of our baby and got it him back on the mend. They called us twice a day to give us very detailed updates on Max and any recommendations for next steps. Thank you so so much! He is back home with us now and back to his crazy but loveable self! Special Thanks to Dr. Marchon and Dr. McIntyre and all the vet techs and assistants for the excellent care of our Maxie. We will be forever grateful.

The staff at Port City were so kind as soon as we walked in the door with our cat Psycho. The veterinarian we had, Nick, was very sweet and caring with us and our girl, he made the whole experience more comfortable as we had to put our girl to sleep. Definitely reccomend this place for emergency/after hour care and will be the first place I think of if I ever need emergency care again.

I can’t say enough about this place!! My girl was on a life line and they saved her. Blood transfusions later and she’s a happy gal! She had an issue this evening and they were concerned and nurturing šŸ’ÆšŸ¾ I was advised to keep her home and just watch her for the night. Is not cheap but they will love your pet like there own. I didn’t hesitate calling them with my issue this evening.

Was very compassionate when I showed up at 4am with my cat parker. Parker wasn't going to make it and everything went really fast but she was very informative and thorough even with the time sensitive situation. I didn't feel pressured to make the decision to euthanize parker, I was given all my options repeatedly and I decided it was the best option so he didn't suffer. They really helped me in that moment, even if they couldn't save parker they did everything to make sure he did not suffer and I am forever grateful.
