Not many companies maintain a toll free tech hotline, staffed by someone right at their USA headquarters. Beyond that, the tech had knowledge of 25 year old product (not just the newest models), that was a great help! Much better that what I've personally experienced from another generator manufacturer, who had no tech line and many discontinued vital parts for an only 12 year old product.
