I purchased a pair of sandals from your store and requested an exchange for one size up. I was informed by your representative, Ms. Raey, that I would be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the exchange, despite already having paid a shipping fee at the time of delivery. This was surprising, as most online retailers do not charge customers extra shipping fees for size exchanges. When I questioned this, I was told that it is company policy. However, the policy was neither communicated clearly at the time of purchase nor handled with any flexibility or customer-centric approach. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager to clarify the matter, my request was denied. I was particularly disappointed by the tone and attitude during the conversation. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the response became aggressive, and when I mentioned that I would consider posting a review, I was told to “go ahead.” This is not the level of professionalism or customer care one expects from a brand. Customers are the reason a business grows, and situations like this leave a very poor impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve customer service and reconsider exchange policies that place an unnecessary burden on customers.
