An exceptional team! We are beyond impressed and deeply grateful for the outstanding work done by Precision Concrete. Our project—a perimeter concrete step wall—presented significant challenges. With no access for heavy equipment to our backyard, everything had to be excavated by hand. Chris somehow made this hand digging look easy (it wasn’t), working with speed and precision, tackling the excavation like a human excavator. Impressive! The forms were constructed in no time. The logistical complexities of pumping concrete around the side of our house were handled seamlessly, showcasing their expertise and resourcefulness. Even when faced with tough weather conditions, including wind and heavy rain, the crew remained upbeat, professional, and efficient as they removed the forms. Their dedication and positive attitude were remarkable. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism, and a team that goes above and beyond, Precision Concrete is second to none. Sadly while I agree with most of the reviews that the team were highly professional and efficient the result is less than satisfying. After only 5 months I am experiencing cracking and the crack has gotten bigger to the length of the slab. When I contacted the team I was told this is to be expected but everyone in the business I have consulted now on this issue has said this is not true. The driveway should have been reinforced with riebar to prevent cracking. The other issue is I paid for tinting and the concrete is not anything like the colour I chose. While I cant blame Precision for this last point Swanson Ready mix are to blame here. Im dsappointed on an epic scale because I expected a better response. I've left a message and texted but have not heard back from them since the last response telling me that cracking is normal. I may need to go the legal action route if I do not hear back from this group as this was not a cheap project cost wise. My hope is that they respond tto me o restore faith in this company and to uphold their professional status.
