Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan (Grosse Pointe)

After a terrible situation with a different company, who wanted to charge me $2,500..00, and I did pay &144.00 for absolutely nothing, I called Precision Garage Door Company. They came out today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Shaun was so courteous and knowledgeable and now, I am able to finally get into my garage! I wish I would have called them first a saved myself $144.00! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you’re experiencing garage door problems! I couldn’t be happier and the price was less than half of what that other so-called company wanted to charge me! You won’t be disappointed with Precision Garage Door!

My garage door would not open correctly and I could not manually open it either. I called Precision and received an appointment immediately. Jordan explained to me the issue and informed me of the repair solutions. The repair was completed very quickly. I would use Precision for all my garage door repairs in the future.

Both Joe and Steve arrived early, which I truly appreciated. Joe got things rolling and explained the situation so I could decide for myself. He temporarily put the old door back on track. I liked all he did. Steve installed the new door when my appointment came. What a professional! Can't say enough about Steve's work. He was done within 2hrs. from removing the old door to installing the brand new one.
