Great professionalism displayed by Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door. The company was quick to respond and schedule an appointment with no issues. Jon quickly assessed the situation and explained quite a bit during the process. He even offered helpful advice of future maintenance to keep an eye on. Very happy with the job done.

Very disappointing and they haven't even started yet. Waited for a week with my garage wide open, so I put some items to block it as to not invite my entire neighborhood into my home. Only at the estimate I was told to move anything 10ft from the workspace. In all the txt msgs leading upto the appointment however, not ONCE do they mention this, tho! Silly me, 7 days of hoping for no intruders, it slipped my mind. No more than a few boxes and some other EASILY moveable items. Instead of explaining to my wife she needed to move them which took 5min btw, Kaileb took the time to take pictures and just LEAVE without explanation. NOW I have to wait a whole NOTHER WEEK for an appointment since they already have half my money in the deposit. For the extra $150 I bet Fawley Doors wld have at least SAID something before just LEAVING. At this point just fix my door, it better be and GET OUT!!! And it better be done RIGHT, cause I NVR wanna do business with Precision AGAIN!
