The exterminator was kind but the billing service is very poor. They had my card on file and told me I would be charged, but never charged. I received a delinquent bill notice in the mail, where the link to pay the bill online is broken. I reached out through the website about a week and a half ago but still haven't received any response or link to pay this bill.
We liked these guys at first. Until recently, when they started showing up unannounced, spraying only the exterior, charging the same price, and leaving a bill. We realized this after the second time they left a note on the door. Completely unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. They have now sent these 2 bills to collections. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, changing services without notice, then billing for services we did not accept. We never said it was OK to show up unannounced and only do the exterior. I used to recommend you guys. Now I highly Do Not recommend you. Not cool at all guys.
With the change of season and pruning trees we have had some problems. Our rep has been very helpful spraying and treating inside and outside. Also very easy to communicate with him. Great job!
