The building is clean safe and overall a nice place to rent. Pamela is polite approachable and always willing to answer questions and do her best to solve problems. My only concern is that the rent was suddenly increased from $830 to $1130 with just three months’ notice. Nothing has changed in the unit or the services provided yet the rent went up significantly which was disappointing.
