I sold some land to Bocking homes in November 2020 but I continued to live on the site during a large part of the build. I was expecting this to be a very stressful time but I found it was quite the opposite. They have been fair and understanding of my needs and have kept me updated on the progress of the build throughout. In addition to great communication, everyone at Bocking Homes has been professional, knowledgeable, approachable and always available to talk to me, giving the reassurance I needed whilst living on site. They have personally overseen the entire process and kept me fully informed of any disruptions, doing all that they could to make my life easier. Seeing the work nearing completion now is very exciting. The houses at Hunters Court are stunning and have far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend working with Bocking homes to anyone considering selling land.
