My garage door spring is broken. I called at 6:30 pm and they did answer the phone and schedule a second day 10 am appointment. The price is fair. The technician showed up promptly and replaced the spring. In addition he also did maintenance to my garage door, oiled the linkage part, check and fasten the bolts. He even replaced my cheap look one-button opener switch with a three-button one. He finished all these in 30 minutes. A job well done!
