I have been staying here since November 24 and I can not find any faults whatsoever. |The hotel is kept extremely clean throughout and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. |The menu is basic but that is normal for every travel lodge. I have stayed in many in various places and it’s the same menu everywhere. Breakfast here is always well stocked and breakfast serving area is kept very clean at all times. If anyone needs variations of milk staff supply it. |I would recommend staying here whether it’s for business or pleasure. It’s convenient for transport. The station is a few minutes walk for trains to the coast like Wistable and Herne bay. Canterbury for city shopping and direct routes to London. Local busses run frequently just across the road. |I’ve always slept well here. Minimal noise from inside or outside the hotel. |As for the staff. Well what can I say. They’ve been outstanding. On a score out of 10 I would give them 11 and above. They are so friendly and accommodating it’s unreal. Always greet everyone with a smile and warm welcome. |James the manager is so helpful. Then we have Prabin, Callum, George, Ben, Rakeem and another new man whose name I can’t remember 😬 sorry. But the whole team amazing. Thank you all for the best stay ever

A wonderful welcome from Prabin and Ben. |The room was spacious and comfortable for my family. |They went above and beyond looking after my family. My daughter was unwell so while she was poorly in the room she needed to take medication and they kindly allowed us to have her food in the room. |The bathroom was clean and well maintained. |Bar was fantastic with the new layout and very welcoming. |Food was fantastic and service was great from Ben and Prabin. |Brilliant staff who made our stay more like home. |Thank you!

A Wonderful Stay at Travelodge Ashford!" Me and my nephew recently stayed at Travelodge Ashford High Street for the first time, and it turned out to be such a fantastic experience. We originally booked for one night as we were having some family issues and needed a little getaway, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay to three nights! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to George, who upgraded us to the best room in the hotel—it really made our stay feel extra special. Best of luck to him in his new job! I also want to mention Bruno, who was so helpful with booking our breakfast, and Sally-Ann for making sure our room was sorted perfectly. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a solid 7/10—a good start to the day with a decent variety. Overall, the service and atmosphere made this a stay to remember. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Travelodge to friends and family. Thank you to the wonderful team for taking such good care of us!

I stopped by the Ashford town centre Travelodge a few weeks ago to enjoy a quick glass of wine and some food after work - I wanted to try somewhere new and a bit more relaxing than other places in town and my experience (albeit brief) was great! The bar cafe had a very welcoming and warm atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating even though I wasn’t a guest at the hotel. Service was quick and efficient and the wine selection was bigger than expected! I tried a small glass of the Petal & Stem as well as the white zinfandel, both were exactly what I needed after a long day.
