Arthurp TSomewhere to stay before taking the shuttle to France, so for this it is perfectly located and the attached Beefeater staff our fantastic. The hotel is very dated. The exterior wall looks like a condemned building, and the fittings and furnishings all need replaced or updated. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was not available. Had to run hot tap for nearly 4 mins to get warm water.

Do watch out for the car park when registering your number plate, even after doing this I was still charged with a fine! System doesn’t work, contested with parking business and showed proof of stay so it was wiped. Could have done without the hassle. Not hotels fault.
Kerry HLovely clean hotel. Check in was great. But on arrival to the hotel room it was ice cold. Turned heating on which showed a green light but nothing working. Went to reception who said they’d turn it on. Went back to room and it was on. Returned to the room a couple of hours later to an ice cold room. Went back to reception who offered a portable heater with non working wheels so my partner had to carry it. Only one bath towel on arrival which we also had to go back to reception for. Naked man in the corridor when getting the portable heater too! Having treatment for cancer and the cold room made my symptoms worsen and struggled to get to sleep even after the heater turned up. Normally stay at the travel lodge nearby, but opted for premier inn for a change. Wish I never now and still suffering 2 days on.
