Perfect in every way. Very lovely lady on reception who was so pleasant and welcoming. Very comfy bed. Heating controls easy to use. Clean bathroom and bedroom was spotless. Fabulous stay even though it was just for one night. Would recommend

Very good hotel rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and lovely. Been staying in his hotel for nearly 5 months. Haven’t got nothing to complain about. Would recommend to anyone coming to Essex and staying here. Very, very good.

The room was perfect adjoining with friends, the reception staff were first class, very helpful, very friendly and professional throughout. The lady in reception on departure in the morning could not be more helpful when organising a breakfast for our group and parking for our stay. Thank you and definitely be having another visit at this wonderful hotel.

Oh My Lord - How Bad. Whitbread and (Group CEO) Simon Jones (Managing Director, UK) Mark Anderson.||I'll offer you to spend a trip out to Basildon at this place with me.. Do it, let us know your thought's on a hell-hole of a place @ £135 a night.||No serious. Please reach out. Take the trip. ||Rooms OK.||But the Whitbread "Beef Eater" - felt unsafe with the yocals smoking weed, screaming, shouting. Like something out of the wild west. Really is like an overspill estate pub. Be prepared. ||Rubbish all all over the carpets at the Beef Eater. ||Decided to ask for Surf and Turf £23.99. and staff said OK to take to the room as takeaway. But it came just a plate, no cover etc ?????? Nah customer, it is what it is.||So had to walk across the way, get through hotel reception entrance, open a few doors, juggling and ever getting colder dinner.||Giving up on 'Premier Inn. Premier League? more like 4th Division.||So Simon / Mark - acceptable? ||Nah, You will not respond. Just take the thing down to the level of Britannia - Taking the Mickey. You know it, Customers know it.
