I've had my share of massages and Niharika at Health Plus is right up there with the best of them. She has been working with me for the last 2 years helping keep my shoulders and hips healthy. She incorporates myofascial massages to improve my range of motion and to release tension that feels soooo bitter sweet. Her knowledge of the muscular system helps me understand where the discomfort is coming from. Looking forward to my next experience with Niharika.

I was referred to Health plus physiotherapy sports and injury clinic by a friend for massage and at first I was skeptical as I have been to others and not satisfied but I saw Niharika and she was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She listens to how you are feeling. She is fantastic and I am so grateful to have found her. My daughters also have been seeing her and we are so happy. The front desk young lady is also very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and Niharika for her excellent service

I’ve just hit the jackpot with a massage therapist . Her name is Niharika,, I’ve used other massage therapist in the area, but I’ve never experienced someone like this. Her knowledge of the body is impeccable. I am a fit 60 year-old man that feels old at times after I am done with her. I feel like I’m 20 again. I highly recommend anyone to come and try and see for yourself. You will definitely not be disappointed.
