This has been a disaster since these people took over. They wanted me to send all checks because they had no recollection of paying rent years with a different property management company. They threatened to kick me out if I did not come up with it. Claimed that person did not keep a record. I went through a hard time loosing my job and denied me raft to pay up to date. I haven’t even signed a lease to be here in 4 years. Very unprofessional and just want their money and do not care if someone is going through something financial. I do not recommend this company to work with. No one knows what they’re doing it’s a mess. I can’t wait to get out of here. very dissatisfied Your making up lies we use our own trash bins and there was no infestation from anything. You’re a liar I will see you in court.

Mike was incredibly helpful as I prepared a unit in my multifamily for rent! It needed a lot including handrail for the basement, lock changing, installation of dishwasher, microwave, kitchen cabinets, insulation and more! He speeded up the time to get the apartment leased and that really helped! Very grateful!

I had heard pros and cons of property mgt. companies over the years and what I can tell you is Belaire is a 5 star company. From top to bottom all of the employees are well trained, responsive, and on top of things. Brian, is very knowledgeable with tenant/landlord laws and works hard on your behalf. He's also always available to discuss things and resolve any problems. If your looking for a property management company, please give Belaire a chance as they won't disappoint. My only regret is that I didn't hire them sooner!
