I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Dawson Dental truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service and friendliness. My mother has visited many dentists over the years, but she’s never felt as comfortable and well-cared-for as she does here. She doesn’t speak English very well, yet the staff—especially the women working with her—have gone above and beyond to make sure she feels understood and comfortable. On one occasion, they even used Google Translate to explain the procedure step by step. That kind of care really meant a lot to her—and to me. Because of the great experience my mother had, I decided to try Dawson Dental myself, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. I went in for a cleaning and was helped by Yad, who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything as he went along, and his friendly, professional manner made the whole experience incredibly smooth. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients, Dawson Dental is the one I recommend.

Such nice staff and great service. I went in for a cleaning today, and had questions lined up about how I can improve my smile- including asking about whitening treatment. All staff was there to help, and provided me with great feedback and some useful tricks, as well as providing me with step by step instructions on their at home teeth whitening treatment. From the time I got there to the time I left, I felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Hats off to their great customer service!

Dawson extracted a tooth for me and it was a complete walk in the park. Lots of communication in regards to the procedure, step by step they worked through the extraction with little to no discomfort. I could not recommend Dawson Dental more. Thank you for a very comforting experience.

I absolutely love going to Dawson Dental! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and helps put you at ease. The environment is always super clean and sterile; they really prioritize patient safety and comfort. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and have always seen Dr. Gakhal; I genuinely wouldn’t want to see anyone else! His bedside manner is exceptional. He takes the time to explain every procedure, never pushes anything unnecessary, and makes you feel completely comfortable — no judgment, just great care. I keep coming back because I truly feel taken care of here. It makes going to the dentist so much easier when you know you're in good hands. If Dr. Gakhal ever moves, I’ll follow!
