We booked a stay for a family of 4. The flat was as described. We checked in late, but accessing the keys was so easy. The parking area is private and very accessible to the rooms. Minutes walk from local shops and the Derby City.|We stayed at one of the top flats and the view was great. Rooms were made up beautifully and of course, WiFi and a TV when relaxing in.|Home away from home. |My kids enjoyed it and the bathroom was quite spacious. |There was no need to call or chase anyone up as they’ve really thought about comfort, and ease of access. |We definitely recommend this place and a great value for money.

A very safe and secure place to stay with parking .Central to town.Everything you need is in the apartment for your stay A bonus on arrival is the tea coffee and milk .Very much appreciated. | An error by Booking.com in the description of room meant we were allocated a different apartment. |Staff were very understanding of this an very apologetic sadly they were fully booked so we're unable to change anything.|The customer service is excellent cannot fault them .Great communication thank you Sarah. |I might just suggest in the bedroom have a chair so you can do hair and makeup .The apartment is clean and modern with very clear instructions. |Easy to follow check in details .

Lovely apartment, just what we'd hoped for. Secure parking gave extra peace of mind. Helpful responsive staff, even in out of hours (due to a key query which was resolved immediately). Just bear in mind that because it's in a great central location it means you might want to take ear plugs to ignore the traffic outside if you want to sleep in. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

I have booked and stayed at several apartments in 3 different continents and countless countries. These folks are by far the worst I have ever encountered. I booked their apartment for 4 nights on booking.com. Due to an unfortunate incident, I had to cancel using booking.com's portal which indicated that before the stay company accepts the cancellation, they would first consider my request for refund. In one swift move, the stay company rejected my refund request but accepted my cancellation. Then, they proceeded to book another client into the same apartment, and got double payment for one apartment. Booking.com reached out to them multiple times and waived the commission to encourage them to give me the refund but the stay company blatantly refused. In addition, the lady called Sara whom I spoke to was so rude when I tried to explain my situation to her via phone. Another apartment I had booked for the second half of the trip refunded my money after they found a new client, but the Stay Company took my 231 pounds as free money because they knew there was nothing I could do. I wish I had been warned in advance to stay away from these folks, so hopefully, this protects someone else from having a similar experience. Such fraudulent and rude behavior has no place in the hospitality business.
