I don't write many reviews -- and I certainly don't write many five star reviews! But ProHealth really deserves it. I should probably start by saying that I generally prefer mom-and-pop businesses to chains. Before I started going to ProHealth, I went to a local Duane Reade. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner! Alex, who owns ProHealth, not only knows his stuff: he and the other staff members genuinely care about customers. I'm sure I don't have to tell you how rare that is these days. They are always helpful and sometimes they fill a prescription before I even call it in! I also appreciate their location. All in all, I would highly recommend ProHealth if you need a good pharmacy.

Creative Solutions

I recently reached out to ProHealth Pharmacy at the direction of my medical provider, who has worked with other clients who have successfully filed the same prescription there in the past. I made the call politely , explaining that I was reaching out at the behest of my practitioner and then provided the name of my medication. The male who answered the phone mumbled something that I believe was a "no" and then abruptly hung up. I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected. It's quite something to realize that this pharmacy has enough clients to disregard potential new patients in need of assistance. As a store that markets itself as family owned and neighborhood friendly, I would caution anyone seeking compassionate care or respectful service. This business clearly lacks both. Avoid ProHealth Pharmacy at all costs unless you don't mind experiencing poor customer service when reaching out for something as important as your monthly maintenance.

Amazingly helpful staff who go above and beyond for you. They make sure that your insurance info is correct so that no fees come out of your pocket, they are swift and knowledgeable with any and all questions, and are patient and kind to their customers. They also have medications in stock that are hard to find elsewhere. My newest favorite pharmacy. Thank you so much.
