***UPDATE*** I was contacted by Shane with company management, he was apologetic and agreed that without a unit number assigned to the spot, that he would also assume that it was available or visitor parking. I really appreciate the reach out and look forward to an update from him next week. Should these spots be assigned to a unit then I would expect signage to go up with the unit number as with every other spot in this lot to avoid further confusion. Rating upgraded from 2 to 3 stars pending further communication. I like the fact that management pays attention to issues and endeavors to address them in a timely fashion. Someone left a "parking tow notice" on my truck while I was visiting a tenant. I called to inquire about this issue and the person on the other end was semi polite yet decided to hang up on me even without so much as a goodbye when she assumed the conversation was over, though I was being very polite and just trying to get some information. I manage a property as well and I am a little frustrated with the handling of this issue. (I do visit a couple times a week for 2-3 hour intervals.) I was parked in an area without a unit number and where no regular vehicle normally parks. This would mean to me that this is not a reserved spot and would be adequate for visitor parking. There should be signage up if this is not the case. There was no reason to be rude with me over the phone, and an aggressive note on the first occurrence seems a little out of scope for this. If this is the way they run their business, I would very much consider this and consider how they would like to proceed going forward. If they have such problems with other people that they believe this level of aggression is necessary, maybe they should look at their own handling of such issues. TO THE OWNERS(S): I don't know what you normally deal with in this end of town, but you purchased the building, should have been prepared and should treat people with respect in case they are indeed well regarded and honest people regardless of what you would normally have to deal with. Please be advised that I intend to make a note of this and be completely forthcoming with others on how you chose to do business. I have also sent this message directly to your office but have not received a reply. There is email and phone contact info there if you would like to reach out. Thank you kindly

I have been a tenant with Prime for 11 years and my experience has been consistently positive. The building is well maintained and any maintenance concerns are addressed promptly. Throughout my tenancy, I have worked closely with Kathleen, who has always been professional, responsive, and helpful. Based on my experience, I am genuinely surprised to see negative reviews about Prime as my interactions have always been excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m writing this review to inform others and hopefully help people avoid the same unprofessional treatment I received from Kathleen at Prime. She was abrupt, combative, and unprofessional in her communication. It would take weeks to get a response, and when she did reply, she was unaccountable and dishonest about her own mistakes. Rather than resolving issues, she would deflect blame and avoid responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against renting from this company or using their management services. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and no client deserves to be treated this way.

My sister-in-law gave written notice to end tenancy (on Prime's own special form) before the 1st of the month, and removed all her belongings. Despite this, the landlord still withdrew a full month’s rent afterward. She had to pay for a full month of an apartment she was no longer living and for which she gave proper notice. We’ve provided proof of notice and are still waiting for accountability. Best case scenario; this is extreme negligence around a normal, legal process of property management. More likely case is that it's greedy bullying from an organization that is used to steamrolling its tenants (or, I suppose ex-tenants) out of their hard-earned money. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Prime Property Management is a property management company.
