Cheri has been our property manager for the past 8 years. She has provided impeccable service managing the house we call home. Repairs and maintenance have always been handled quickly and professionally, with care taken to check back and make sure they were done properly and to our satisfaction. She has also maintained a schedule of services necessary for preventative maintenance, to keep all systems functioning at their optimum level. She has shown responsibility in the upkeep of the home for the owner's benefit, but also cared that our family had a good functioning house to call home, all the while respecting us as her renters. She definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
