When it's good it's good but this time it wasn't good. I got a truck for a couple of hours (eventually - when I got to my original rental location the vehicle was damaged and I needed to organize a new reservation. Okay, these things happen.) I accidentally left the one set of keys in the vehicle when I dropped off. Called contact centre and they said all good, and sent me on my way, understanding that surely the company is able to access the vehicles. Next morning I get a call from local dealer saying corporate were likely to charge hundreds of dollars in fees if I don't get a locksmith down there. Called contact centre again and they told me not to do anything until I got to connect with the local Poohbah or something. Called that guy and left a message, no call back. Bill comes back almost $600.00 for an afternoon, with charges for all sorts of things, the receipt it itemized in ways that make no sense. I emailed the company three times wanting to document these conversations, but ghosted. Now I need to decide whether to follow through on disputing the credit card charge and spend the rest of the year or just forget it because I'm blessed to be able to. +One star because the local guys at Breezehill were super good.

Booked a medium truck on the website. Received a text a few days later saying truck is not available at the selected location and was automatically booked at another one. I called and and changed the pcik up hour so that I can still pick up at this location. However the the reservation period was reduced by 1 hours without me knowing. Why is there a website to choose the details of the reservation if they are going to change everything however they want? I wish there was another better option for moving! I did my move 2 months ago but leaving this review because the same happened to a friend today and she wasn’t even notified.

Had to rent a truck for my friend’s moving. Had a great experience with the staff at this location. Honestly it’s just a pick up/ drop of but the short interactions with the staff were so great and made our day. A bit of sense of humour and good vibe from a stranger on a stressful moving day is that all you need. The two gentlemen who helped us on Saturday morning were super helpful and friendly. The pick up and drop up went very smoothly. The price was fair. No tricks or hidden fees. Highly recommended place if you need to rent a truck.

Dude accused me of stealing blankets then "reversed" my reservation to another location and told me I was not welcome at his location, all for talking back to him. Oh and I even apologized but no use. Sorry man but I don't take being called a thief lightly because I never do it.
