Being from Alberta, I was in the area for a few weeks because of work. As a night rated PPL, I brought my flight bag hoping to get some local flying in and a mountain checkout. I called a flight school out of Chilliwack multiple times with the response that they’d call me back, however didn’t. I called Aquila Aviation, and to no fault of their own, couldn’t accommodate my non flexible schedule, however referred me to Principal Air. I called Principal Air, and they were able to squeeze me in as a non-student the following weekend for a flight. I flew with Dan who is super knowledgeable and friendly and it is obvious that safety is #1 priority. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll defy look them up again. Thank you.

I bought an introductory flight lesson as bd gift to my husband. It was super easy to book, I just called them a week before and the day before (just to check out about the weather conditions). Actually I only payed for it when we got there. The facility is easy to find, and has some parking stalls. The instructor has lots of flight hours. He showed confidence and great knowledge. My husband flew the airplane for the time ever with the instructor support. It was such a great experience. They also offer scenic flight starting in $50 per person, up to 3 passengers. There is also gift certificates option. I do recommend this experience with them. It is such a memorable gift. You will nail it.

AMAZING experience. We did the Ultimate Tour and it surpassed all our expectations. Amazing views getting really close to so many mountains, glaciers, alpine lakes and waterfalls. Pilot was very skilled and knowledgeable of the areas we were flying over and made the flight that much better. Highly recommend this scenic flight - we saw so much of southern BC that we otherwise wouldn’t get a chance to see and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
