benjamin hawkins2.5 stars Customer service on the phone was excellent. Labeled themselves "white glove" delivery service, which as they also state includes bringing in the delivery. White glove generally means they haul away your cardboard, don't mess up your floors, and take care to not scuff anything. The delivery was on time, and boxes for the living room furniture were in good condition. However, the delivery guys brought the boxes to my front door and left them there. Took a picture... and walked away while I was asking for help. Im 80% sure they could speak English and pretended not to. To be fair... they didn't scuff anything. To be fair... they didn't have the opportunity to because they didn't bother. I broke down the boxes, hauled in my furniture myself, and did so without scuffing anything. 5 stars to me.

We had a king sized platform bed delivered and it was very heavy and complicated to assemble but they made it all go smoothly. Took great care of the bed and our home to ensure there was no damage to either. They were friendly and courteous. I wish they could deliver all of our orders!

Once at our home, the guys were efficient, careful and polite. They completely unpacked the couch and took the packing materials with them when they left.
