Moved my mom into her apartment and needed a moving company to move the furniture. Called several companies and Priority had the best price and was affordable. No hidden costs or fees. The move went very smoothly - we had a few antique pieces and inlay glass table. The crew handled the furniture with care, wrapping the pieces and making sure the furniture was delivered without any damage. They put together the furniture upon arrival at the new location. They were quick, efficient and very polite. I highly recommend Priority Moving - excellent service and affordable price. Thank you!

Truly the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I planned months in advance for my move and shopped around. Talked on the phone with the owner, Roger, for about 15-20 minutes detailing how intricate they are with their moves, including how they pad/plastic wrap/protect all furniture, and how they disassemble/reassemble furniture. Come moving day, the owner and another guy showed up. First, they refused to disassemble ANY furniture and told me to take apart my bed frame and my dresser. They wouldn’t even take the backs off of my oversized WHITE couches. I provided thick plastic couch covers for them, but they refused to use them. They scraped them through my front door, both as they were moving me out and as they were moving me in. They left large black grease spots and fingerprints all over my white couches. They literally DID NOT pad or protect any of my furniture AT ALL. My white pine dresser has deep gashes in it. My dining room table has deep scratches and chips out of the table and chairs. My two brand new cube organizers were dragged on the floor and scraped up. They also destroyed several of my expensive clear Rubbermaid storage bins by stacking them higher than my head with extremely heavy boxes. The ONLY reason my mattress was covered was because I provided the mattress cover and INSISTED on it being covered. My box spring wasn’t covered at all and is completely destroyed. The only thing, out of ALL of my belongings, that was padded was my TV. Not to mention they stole my hand truck and the furniture pads that *I* provided, and I found my dogs food bowl tray laying out in the street! They threw it out of their truck!! This company is a true scam. I’ve never had so many issues. They will not return my requests for their insurance information so I can file a claim. I’ve emailed and texted a half dozen times over the past two weeks and Roger will not respond and has not tried in any way to remedy this situation. The photos speak for themselves. Trust me when I say, DO NOT use this company.

The team that came out for my move was great. They knocked out pickups from 2 locations and dropoff to 2 locations quick and efficient. They handled my furniture with care. Would highly recommend them for moves of any size.
