Outstanding service and quality of work! I had a very iffy situation with my insurance company, but Prestige wouldn't give up. They made sure that all of the damage was documented, including quite a bit missed by the insurer's adjuster. Prestige invested a great deal of time and effort on my behalf with no guarantees. It took 4 months to change the insurance company's mind. My new roof was installed in one day and is beautiful! He didn’t just accept what they offered, but he went to bat for us and got us the coverage we deserved. He took the time to explain each step of the process to where we knew what to expect in every step forward. Beyond that, he was incredibly patient when we were particular about the shingle color. He searched through multiple manufacturers until he found the perfect match, making sure we were 100% happy. I’m sure this was annoying for him, but he took it well and came back confident every time that he had found the right one, which he eventually did.
