Charmaine LicayuThe guy asked for my address which is outside winnipeg aproximately 10mins i gave them my address and he told me to buy the box from them i did . When its time to ship my box he declined to pick up and told me its too far. What a waste of time. I would never recommend this to my other family member and friends. Dont make it look like i did not tell you my address. Or are you referring to different person? What is my point for not telling you my right address? You just waste my time and my gas telling me to go drive there and get the box! Good luck to your business

Lorena 219Poor service. No updates on boxes. I sent emails that were not replied to. Forex employees do not answer the phone. Reason employee told me is they do not answer the phone if they have a customer. Really? Can't they answer the phone and say I'm with a customer please hold? Overall poor customer service and rude employees. Ship your cartons with a more reliable company. If you go with Forex you are paying a company that doesn't care for your patronage.
