Steven and his staff are always so kind and welcoming. You can tell Steven really cares for his clients and is always patient when I come in. I always get my prescription in 5 mins or less. The pharmacy is clean and organized. They also have a variety of kids toys, household essentials, and snacks which is always nice. I can always count on procare for quick and excellent service.

I needed an anti-fungal cream for a rash starting on my elbow, they said it would take 2-3 days. After a week I called and they said it was in progress. I called again a few days later and a lady told me it was in progress still. After 2 weeks I called again and they then realized they never actually sent it in and so it would take another 2 days. The pharmacist Steven called me personally and apologized for the mess-up and offered me a full refund as the weeks it took to finally fulfill allowed my rash to spread a lot. But after using the cream I’m clearing up, I would go back here as its the closest compound pharmacy to me and they apologized profusely, made it right after they messed up and assured me it wouldn’t happen again.

Easily the best pharmacy around town. Steven is a true professional. I never really write reviews but his customer service was very well appreciated.
