Seems kind of sus, can't seem to make a same day appointment. I call to make one right at 8am, then get put on hold for like 10 mins, how long does it take to check if a doctor is available for appointments today? Makes me feel like they're letting someone they actually know get an appointment slot instead, I don't know this seems fishy and needs to be investigated.

The Facility is clean, well run, and the doctor I saw was terrific. I got everything done that I had been putting off in one visit. My arm is super sore, but it is worth it! The parking was also easy.

I've been off my medication for an extremely long time. Any time I call and ask about my prescription I get told is at the pharmacy ..but its never there. I had already called twice in the last two weeks and I keep getting sassed over the phone. Nothing professional here.

How many times do I have to call to get my prescription filled ???? This is indiligence. If it were up to you guys I’d end up in an asylum because I don’t have my prescription!!!
